Worth thinking about:  CO2 comprises 0.04% of earth’s atmosphere, and only 11% of that 0.04% is produced by human activity.

So…if the US federal government can control America’s portion of man-made CO2 (less than four-thousandths of 1% of earth’s atmosphere)…then:  the federal government can control the earth’s climate.

Come on, man!
