04 Apr America’s 250th Birthday: A Perfect Time for an Emancipation Proclamation for Muslims in America…and a Remigration Plan
Sharia (Islamic law) is a form of slavery.
For a Muslim who wishes to leave Islam and pursue another religion, or pursue no religion, sharia demands that such a Muslim be killed for the offense of apostasy. Such a Muslim is therefore not free; he or she does not have freedom of thought and reason. He or she is a slave to Islam.
For a Muslim who does not wish to hate or kill Jews or other infidels and non-believers, and does not wish to see fellow Muslims do so, sharia nevertheless demands that Muslims accept and follow, when possible, these dictates of Islam, regardless of the absence of any culpable action by individual people. And sharia by its own terms can never be changed or amended. Such a Muslim is therefore not free. Individually, he or she is not allowed freedom of conscience to think for himself about people of other faiths. Collectively, even if like-minded Muslims were to constitute a majority, they cannot insist that sharia change to conform to the consent of the governed. And they can never leave Islam without facing a death penalty for apostasy. They are slaves to unchanging and unchangeable Islam.
For a young Muslim girl who desires not to have her clitoris cut off by a razor blade wielded by fellow Muslims to assure that she shall never experience human intimacy, she is not free to exercise her rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. She is a slave to Islam.
For a Muslim woman who desires to not be beaten by her husband, sharia demands that she accept such beatings, because sharia confers upon Muslim husbands the right to beat their wives. Such a Muslim woman is therefore not free to live life without fear of assault. She is a slave to Islam.
For Muslim women who desire to but cannot wear clothing that varies with seasons and events and needs, and are instead required to wear a black sack that covers their entire body (except for ‘eye-slits’) in order to stave off the otherwise uncontrollable animal lusts of Muslim men, such Muslim women are not free to express their individuality; they are not ‘created equal’ to men. They are slaves to Islam.
For Muslims in America who respect and desire to abide by the American rule of law, but are instead compelled by sharia to wage jihad, including violent jihad, to advance the Islamic goal of a global caliphate governed entirely by sharia, such Muslims are not free to become American citizens, who pledge an oath of loyalty to the Constitution. They are slaves to Islam.

The 250th Birthday of America is a glorious opportunity for all Americans to relearn a core truth: the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution set the legal and moral framework by which slavery was eventually and inevitably abolished in America. Forever, and ultimately, in all its forms.
So as America celebrates this birthday, mayors, governors and the President should issue “Emancipation Proclamations” to Muslims in America. These Proclamations should be comprehensive and specific; for example:
- Muslims in America are free to leave their religion or to have no religion. They are free to read the Bible, including the Gospels. Apostasy is not a crime in America.
- Muslims in America are free of any authority that compels them to hate or kill Jews or infidels or non-believers. They are free to live without any compunction to hate or kill innocent people for no reason other than their ancestry or how and where they worship.
- Young Muslim girls in America are free to experience their rights to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. (Female genital mutilation is or should be comprehensively prohibited in America, and any and all who participate or facilitate or condone this practice are culpable and accountable under the American rule of law.)
- Muslim wives in America are to be free of beatings by their husbands (or anyone else) under the rule of law in America.
- Muslim women in America are free to choose and wear the clothing they wish to wear.
- Muslims in America are free to (and must) disregard sharia’s edict to commit the crime of sedition—i.e., waging jihad in support of overthrowing the Constitution.

So what is the answer to imams and other Islamic authorities who would vehemently object to the issuance of any such Emancipation Proclamation on grounds that it insults their faith and interferes with their ‘freedom of religion’?
The answer is: no one in America is allowed to lay out a series of behaviors that are crimes in America, organize a group of people to engage in such behaviors (including violent overthrow of the Constitution), slap the label of ‘religion’ on the group and the behaviors, and then go about their merry way, exempt from the rule of law in America because of ‘freedom of religion’. And that is true even if the particular label of religion has been around for centuries.
The further answer is: every Muslim who wishes to adhere to sharia is free to do so, but not in America. Such a Muslim, currently in America, should be considered free and encouraged to move to a Muslim-controlled country. And ideally, American federal and state governments should support such a ‘remigration’ plan—offering one way airfare and other financial support to facilitate such moves.
A wonderful truth about the American character is that the American people do not natively harbor any wish for injury or death upon their fellow human beings; they prefer to ‘live and let live’ and generally do not want to make their neighbor’s religion any business of theirs. Muslims in sharia-compliant societies have the opposite ethos: sharia commands that they must not ‘let live’ Jews and infidels/non-believers; and sharia commands that Muslims make it their business to change their neighbors’ religion to Islam so that Islam can be made to rule the world.
This is why it is repeatedly and accurately said by many objective observers: Islam is not compatible (or reconcilable) with western civilization.
And…the Constitution is not a suicide pact.
