08 Aug Civilization Jihad Comes to McKinney, Texas – A Textbook Illustration of Submission to Islamic Conquest

On August 4, 2026, after a long and boisterous meeting in front of a packed house of citizens—the vast majority of whom appeared opposed to the plan under consideration —and after receiving a memorable warning from US Congressman Keith Self [1] —the McKinney Texas city council voted 7-0 to approve a plan for a new mosque/Islamic Center in the city.[2]
The most recent former mayor of McKinney, George Fuller, later weighed in with a Facebook posting to scold those in attendance at the meeting who opposed the plan.[3]
His views are worth examination, because they illustrate a dangerous ignorance of what is really at stake.
In bold font below are excerpts from Fuller’s Facebook post, followed in regular font by factual information relevant to the point(s) he is making.
Fuller:
“Tonight is a sad night in our community. I have never witnessed so much hate, anger and lack of humanity in our beautiful community gathered in one place as I did today at City Hall. To the woman that assaulted me, I pray you grow in your faith to become a better person, one that embodies the actual teaching of the name Jesus you invoked.”
No, Mr. Fuller, it is not a sad night when American citizens gather to petition their government. It is an example of the exercise of American citizens’ First Amendment rights to petition the government for ‘redress of grievances’; an attempt to carry out the American ideal of self-government, or government by the consent of the governed.
It may or may not be a sad night when government officials overrule the will of the people. Whether it is sad depends on whether officials making decisions are accurately and fully informed, and whether their decisions are free of undisclosed or improper influence.
One citizen who spoke at that meeting has lived under sharia and its tyranny and barbarity, and knows the tactics used to spread Islam and sharia, warned the council what they were welcoming into the McKinney community. He was not speaking out of “hate, anger and lack of humanity.” He was informing the Council of facts that are extremely relevant to their deliberations, that his personal life experience taught him.
A woman who testified at the McKinney hearing, who grew up in a Muslim country under sharia, explained that mosques are not just places of prayer, but are also military centers, weapons storage facilities, a city hall, a government office, AND explained that sharia is an “all-encompassing system that dictates marriage, diet, government, criminal law, civil law, and education” and that a mosque IS the nation, and the nation IS the mosque.[4] SHE did not speak out of “hate, anger and lack of humanity” but rather out of love of America and freedom, and a desire to open the eyes of the uninformed.
It is wrong and ignorant to presume that Americans who oppose the spread of sharia in Texas, including the woman who brandished a ‘Don’t Sharia My Texas’ sign at you, are acting out of hatred, anger, or lack of humanity. On the contrary, many are acting with a sense of patriotism and LOVE for their exceptional country, and a desire to preserve it.
Many of those opposed to the mosque know that the terror-sponsoring Muslim Brotherhood wrote out their plan for conquering America for Islam, and the primary ploy is “civilization jihad”[5] meaning fulfilling the Islamic duty of holy war, jihad, peacefully through a variety of tactics including planting more and more mosques and Islamic centers and other Islamic organizations all over America. They may also know of the 1,400 year history of violent (and still ongoing) Islamic conquest (also known as jihad or holy war) that was the brutal conquering of dozens of Christian nations recounted in Raymond Ibrahim’s book Sword and Scimitar. Civilization jihad is just the updated version of the same conquest agenda.
Many of those opposed to the mosque and Islamic center in McKinney know that imams and Muslim Brotherhood leaders OPENLY talk about conquering America for Islam, and say things like “Muslims tried and failed to conquer Europe for 700 years through war, but now have found an easier way, which is to peacefully infiltrate via immigration, with the help of naïve Western governments and voters, and to run for political office.[6]”
Finally, a note about Jesus. He said: “Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.” And he added: “Ye shall know them by their fruits”. Matthew 7: 15-16 to 1st . Maybe the woman at the meeting who was concerned about sharia was thinking of Jesus’ warning and wisdom.

The entire point of the Muslim Brotherhood’s civilization jihad agenda is to impose Islam on America, and sharia is the codebook, the DNA, the teachings, of Islam. Submitting to Islam means submitting to sharia, which is Islam’s teachings and rulebook, spelled out. Sharia addresses every aspect of human existence, and anyone can read the authoritative source that explains sharia in a book you can order from Amazon, Reliance of the Traveller The Classic Manual of Islamic Sacred Law.[7]
Imams in America announce that the long term intention of this Islamic Hijrah (immigration for the purpose of conquering) is to spread and enforce sharia. You can listen to a few at this link where the message is “We believe the Constitution should be replaced by the Quran.” “First move: abolish the Constitution and establish the Quran.”
Some may argue that these imams are marginal and not mainstream. But what they are saying comports the Muslim Brotherhood’s Civilization Jihad battle plan. There is no justification for flippantly dismissing the idea that the long term agenda of the Islamic mission in America is to conquer America, to forcibly spread Islam and sharia, perhaps peacefully, but always relentlessly. Dearborn, Michigan, exemplifies this agenda; it is now effectively under Islamic control.

No doubt America is filled with professional men and women who follow Islam and perform valuable services to their communities. The concern with the spread of sharia in Texas and America is NOT about the character of individual Muslims. It’s about an informed determination to reject the totalitarian ideology and conquest mission of Islam, and the spread of sharia, which are antithetical to American freedom.
The fact that millions of Muslims in America and around the world are peaceful does not change the fact that Islam calls devout Muslims to jihad, to holy war, for the purpose of subjugating “the infidel,” to force conversion or subjugation to Islam, or death.
The First Amendment protects freedom of religion and speech. Sharia calls for the death penalty for apostasy (leaving the faith) and for blasphemy (speaking to question the Quran, Mohammed, sharia, Islamic leaders), so sharia rejects freedom of religion and speech.
The First Amendment’s protection of freedom of religion cannot be invoked to protect teachings that deny freedom of religion.
The Constitution is not a suicide pact. Any decision validating, legitimizing or mainstreaming sharia or the institutions that teach it, is a decision empowering an attack on America and the Constitution.

Sharia means what it says (read ‘Reliance of the Traveler’), and does include the narrow personal behaviors you describe as a “personal religious framework.” But obviously sharia includes much more than that because sharia is the entirety of law in some Muslim-majority countries, constituting the criminal law, financial law, family law and much more.
Sharia also stridently calls for strict adherence to all of its rules, and its rules govern every aspect of human existence. It includes permission or authorization or in some cases compulsion of behaviors that include honor killing, gang-rape, female genital mutilation, wife-beating, and the killing of Jews, apostates, blasphemers, infidels and non-believers.
The ‘every religion’ has extremists and radicals argument ignores the reality that no religion on the planet engages in systematic violent attacks on a scale comparable to Islamic jihad. One tally of the death and destruction from the hands of Islamic jihadists over a 25-year-period is HERE, and another academic report HERE focuses on jihadist attacks in the west. No other “religion” comes close. This is not to say that every other religion is entirely peaceful OR that all followers of the Islamic faith are terrorists, but it is to say that the overwhelming proportion of terrorists in the world today are followers of Islam. And more importantly, jihadists are not contorting Islam, they are following its teachings.

This post began as a refutation of the remarks by one former elected public official, but it is also an attempt to address some of the complexities involved in addressing the situation the American people and courts find themselves in. Americans are facing a startling and not easily or comfortably explicable explosion in recent decades of the Islamic population in America and Texas; an explosion in the number of mosques, Islamic centers, Islamic schools; and a corresponding, substantial increase in pressure to accommodate sharia.
It is more than understandable—it is the only responsible approach—for city councils and courts and communities to take into account the known history, the publicly available information and documents, that inform those officials of the mission and agenda of those seeking the protection of our courts and city councils.
