28 Dec Depopulation Agenda: Conspiracy Theory?
We didn’t want to post this until after Christmas…just way too disturbing. But if the ‘last, best hope on earth’ called America is to survive as the bastion of freedom, Americans are going to have to come to grips with the monstrous evil that seems to lie behind the globalist/new world order/leftist/atheist cabal that is seeking to run this country and the world.
We’ve previously drawn attention to Dr. Vladimir Zelenko, a highly credentialed and experienced physician who knows covid and vaccines and philosophy and spirituality in what seems to be about equal measures of considerable depth. Zelenko is on a mission to expose what he considers the monstrous evil mentioned above. (That of course leads him to be tagged by the left as a wacko conspiracy theorist, but these days, more and more people are recognizing—as Donald Trump, Jr. has—that the difference between a conspiracy theory and the truth is about six months. You can decide for yourself.)
Zelenko recently posted to his Telegram channel two philosophical quotes.
One is attributed to Barbara Marx Hubbard (a now deceased—in 2019— ‘futurist’ acknowledged even in leftist-favoring Wikipedia as follows: “Hubbard’s views on human population, specifically depopulation, is [sic] widely held as the solution to climate change, global poverty, etc. “].
The second quote is attributed to author Jacques Attali[1] .
We’ll get to the quotes shortly. But they will be combined here with an article posted on the website of the American Academy of Physicians and Surgeons: “Biden’s Bounty on Your Life: Hospitals’ Incentive Payments for COVID-19”.
Philosophy and “hospitals’ incentive payments” may not seem related, but they are. You’ll see.

Here are the quotes posted by Dr. Zelenko:
Hubbard –
“One-fourth of humanity must be eliminated from the social body. We are in charge of God’s selection process for planet Earth. He selects, we destroy. We are the riders of the pale horse, Death.”
“This act is as horrible as killing a cancer cell. It must be done for the sake of the future of the whole. So be it: be prepared for the selection process which is now beginning. We, the elders, have been patiently waiting until the very last moment before the quantum transformation, to take action to cut out this corrupted and corrupting element in the body of humanity. It is like watching a cancer grow; something must be done before the whole body is destroyed… The destructive one fourth must be eliminated from the social body.”
Attali –
“The future will be about finding a way to reduce the population… Of course, we will not be able to execute people or build camps. We get rid of them by making them believe it is for their own good… We will find or cause something, a pandemic targeting certain people, a real economic crisis or not, a virus affecting the old or the elderly, it doesn’t matter, the weak and the fearful will succumb to it. The stupid will believe in it and ask to be treated. We will have taken care of having panned the treatment, a treatment that will be the solution. The selection of idiots will therefore be done by itself: they will go to the slaughterhouse alone.”
Now, here is the bullet point summary of Biden’s ‘bounty on your life’ from the AAPS article (and these payments were authorized in the CARES Act legislation passed by the Congress early in the pandemic):
The hospital payments include:
- A “free” required PCR test in the Emergency Room or upon admission for every patient, with government-paid fee to the hospital.
- Added bonus payment for each positive COVID-19 diagnosis.
- Another bonus for a COVID-19 admission to the hospital.
- A 20 percent “boost” bonus payment from Medicare on the entire hospital bill for use of remdesivir instead of medicines such as Ivermectin.
- Another and larger bonus payment to the hospital if a COVID-19 patient is mechanically ventilated.
- More money to the hospital if cause of death is listed as COVID-19, even if patient did not die directly of COVID-19.
- A COVID-19 diagnosis also provides extra payments to coroners.

Nobody wants to believe America could produce amoral monsters who could act on the visions of Hubbard and Attali.
But Anthony Fauci has acted to block covid patients from access to study-validated life-saving therapies in order to clear the path for universal vaccination via, initially, ‘emergency use authorization’ for vaccines. And with guidance from Fauci and the public health institutions he (and Bill Gates and Frances Collins and Ralph Baric and others) controls, the CARES Act set up an absolutely evil incentive system that works to hype covid (PCR tests with huge false positive results) facilitate deaths from covid (ban ivermectin, prescribe remdesivir and reward intubation) and fan pandemic hysteria and reward hospitals for deaths of patients from covid (cite covid as cause of death) …all of which also has the effect of pushing an agenda of universal—and preferably, to the cabal, mandatory—vaccination as the only way out of this.
Evidence of the serious harmful effects of vaccines—including unprecedented numbers of deaths reported on the CDC’s own website—and overwhelming evidence of the detrimental effect of remdesivir and intubation, is growing every day, throughout the world. But Fauci has never been a voice to amend or suspend the hospital incentive payment system.
Put these together: the depopulation agenda/philosophy and the covid/hospital manipulations (and the Great Reset as the final step), and the word ‘unconscionable’ doesn’t begin to describe what the self-proclaimed architects of the new world order have sought to impose on humanity.
Why is it unconscionable?
Nobody elected anybody with power to make these decisions—least of all Americans. These decisions aren’t the outcome of a transparent debate among free people. These decisions do not carry with them ‘the consent of the governed’. They are the dictates of an unelected, ego-maniacal, ‘masters of the universe’ elite out of step with the American conscience (not to mention the Nuremberg Code).
The doubters or the willfully blind might argue that Anthony Fauci has never officially stated that he supports a new world order depopulation agenda; and that the hospital incentive payments merely represent logical efforts at financial relief for a hospital system expected to be overwhelmed by covid patients, and at the time the incentives were introduced in early 2020, there was limited knowledge of alternative remedies.
Well…
Knowledge of the efficacy of hydroxychloroquine was widespread among ‘frontline’ doctors early in 2020, and most certainly has been and is widespread now and for all of 2021. The efficacy of ivermectin in thousands of cases was the subject of testimony to the US Senate by Dr. Pierre Kory in December 2020. Budesonide was officially on the scene beginning in July 2020. Clinical studies confirm and thousands of documented covid recoveries document the efficacy of these remedies.
Concurrently, the horrific results from remdesivir have also been known for much if not all of 2021.
So even if Fauci defenders excuse the hospital incentive payments as reflecting imperfect knowledge at the time they were created in March of 2020, what is the excuse for continuing them now? More specifically:
- Why do Fauci and others in the ‘institutional cabal’ continue to deny the efficacy of alternative remedies and block them from use?
- Why would Fauci or any physician continue to prescribe remdesivir?
- Why do Fauci and others relentlessly hype ‘mandatory vaccination’ (especially upon children) in the face of (1) CDC recovery data (99.8% of people of just about all ages recover from covid) (2) the established presence of effective alternative remedies; and (3) the irrefutable fact that there are no long-term studies of vaccine adverse effects that can serve to alleviate reasonable concerns?
Fauci’s actions simply don’t fit with an agenda to promote health based on available science. But they certainly can fit with an agenda of depopulation. Or to put it another way, if hypothetically, a Dr. Smith held the title(s) of Dr. Fauci, and intended to use a dangerous gene modification injection ineffective for ‘immunization’ against covid but necessary to execute a depopulation agenda so evil that it had to be disguised or hidden from public view, how would Dr. Smith act differently than Dr. Fauci?
