Posted at 09:26h, 17 JulyI read a newspaper article that denied he has not found a cure because the FDA has not approved his treatment. It really upset me because government and Big Pharma keeps shooting down promising treatments. I have shared this with many people. Especially my cousin and her husband. They were diagnosed with Covid a couple of months ago. Doctor told them to go home, take tylenol and drink lots of water. My cousin said every morning she would wake up and say this is the day I am going to die. She asked her doctor for the malaria medication but he would not prescribe it. Her neighbor takes it for arthritis. She face them some and within 2 days they were better and went back to work a week later. They own their own business. Her 84 year old mother in law took care of them as they both quarintine in separate bedrooms. Her mother in law did not get it! Why are they postponing treatment letting people die? I hope Dr. Bartlett gets this info out to everyone!

Posted at 19:24h, 07 JulyI was very sick in January, now I suspect it was COVID. Oxygen dropped to 88. Doctor prescribed a nebulizer and Z-pak and prednisone. I was convinced I should go to hospital, but he kept telling me to keep doing the nebulizer, you’ll be fine. thankfully I listened to him. .

Does the White House know about this? If not, WHY NOT?
If this is treatable with this nebulizer, does this make this a virus or a bacterial disease. Doctors always told me when I took my kids to the doctor they tell me it’s a virus you have to let it run its course and there is no treatment. So how is there this treatment for this “virus?”
If this is a valid treatment for COVID and our medical field and mainstream media aren’t aware of or reporting this, then this validates my idea of the political conspiracy happening in the country. That is UNACCEPTABLE!

Posted at 14:13h, 09 JulyYes, there is treatment for COVID as stated from numerous international and national studies, reports and articles. But you better not be saying there is treatment in the US of you too can get a warning letter from the Federal Trade Commission. That’s why the public will probably never know that treatment options exist, much less will practitioners able to offer treatments for COVID because of warning letters from state and federal agencies.
But here are the facts with detail and links below:
1. Per Texas law, patients have the right to seek and physicians have the right to provide complementary and alternative medicine.
2. Physician capacity to offer alternative therapies was confirmed at the June 12th Texas Medical Board meeting.
3. Patient and physician rights to access alternative treatments also supported by the World Medical Association Ethics Principals #37.
4. The Federal Trade Commission, Food and Drug Administration and the US and State Attorneys General offices has sent out warning letters to any entity advertising any prevention, treatment or cure for COVID, inspite of Texas law clearly allowing for the offering of and access to complementary and alternative medicine.
5. The CDC states there is no treatment.
6. Since there is no established “standard of care” for the treatment of COVID other than infection control and supportive care of oxygen or ventilation, therefore any therapy would be considered alternative.
Inspite of the law that clearly gives patients’ rights to seek treatments, these health practitioners’ right to advertise their services are infringed and their businesses are being met with cease and desist warning letters from the above agencies.
By freeing practitioners to advertise potential treatments, patients could decide if they want to seek therapies showing promise for prevention or treatment of any ailment. Patients could receive treatment as an out-patient or in-patient through informed patient consent at patient’s own risk. This freedom to access treatments would enable much needed care in hopes of preventing the physical and financial trauma of hospitalization.
Access to alternative therapies for the treatment of COVID is currently being deprived and stifled by government policies.
We as adults are prepared to research, vet and determine what treatment is in our own best interest to utilize at our own risk, for ourselves, our children and those in our guardianship. We should not be deprived of information and access to medical treatment from the practitioner of our choice.
It is the fear of no treatment that is causing government mandates on masks, social distancing, quarantines, and lockdowns that is unraveling our social structure destroying lives and world economies. There is treatment for COVID-19, we just need to freedom to pursue it.

The purpose of this chapter is to recognize that physicians should be allowed a reasonable and responsible degree of latitude in the kinds of therapies they
offer their patients. The Board also recognizes that patients have a right to seek complementary and alternative therapies.
2. Texas Medical Board June 12th on-line meeting,
TMB General Counsel, Scott Freshour, states, “We did look very, very extensively at this, because it is an unproven therapy. I did paraphrase a little bit – Mrs. Hemphill just referenced item #37 from the World Medical Association Helsinki Ethical Responsibilities, talking about this otherwise unproven or unique therapy, which to us as board staff in reading that clearly, put it in under our CAM [Complementary and Alternative Medicine] rule – under the CAM rule as long as the physician documents that he or she has tried other conventional methods, if any exist, they can certainly move on to an alternative therapy and that is exactly where we felt this ozone therapy was and that rule 200 created the ability for physicians to use that as long as they documented it. So that is why we felt that the generally accepted standard of care rule that exists under board rule 190.8 did not need to be amended to say “without informed patient consent,” because the focus of Mrs. Hemphill’s request was on what was otherwise a CAM therapy… it is unnecessary and the rule as written now under 190.8 does not prohibit the use of ozone as long as they comply with board rule 200.”

I appreciate your inquiry. While TMB cannot give legal advice on any particular form of medical practice, COVID-19 does present a couple important issues to be considered:
1. Regardless of the practice, compliance with all applicable laws is required.
2. There are no US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved drugs specifically for the treatment of patients with COVID-19.
3. The currently recognized standard of care includes infection prevention and control measures and supportive care, including supplementary oxygen and mechanical ventilatory support when indicated.
4. The therapies that do not comply with the current standard of care and would need to either be considered as investigational Rule 198 or CAM Rule 200.

After so long, and so many deaths just in this country and around the world, and so much grief, fear , depression and suffering that threatens to take down the entire country that is mankind’s greatest hope for the future, could it be that the solution to this massive problem is one lone doctor in Texas and an inexpensive respiratory drug that has been around for 20 years? One that makes people feel better almost instantly and has saved lives since this doctor started using it in March with no fatalities when given early in the illness? This man is a true doctor in every sense of the word,a humanitarian and a great American. I commend you for having him on.
Dr Bartlett is trying to spread the good news as best he can., hoping someone in power will act on it. He said he has contacted President Trump and senator Ted Cruz, among others. It will be very interesting to see if we hear from them soon on this issue. Especially since it has had excellent results in Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Iceland and now being tested in France. We have already spent billions and trillions of dollars to try to save lives and our country, the best hope for mankind in the future. I don’t think it was an accident that this man is a Christian and a man of faith wanting only to help his country and hopefully the world.

He uses this 2x a day as part of his respiratory therapy. Perhaps this is why, as this virus came, his pulmonologist said that it is not affecting medically-fragile children like him, and that, because of our age, we were more at risk. Wow. Please tell President Trump, if you didn’t already.

My uncle has had COVID for 3 weeks. he was diagnosed with bilateral pneumonia. mom sent him that video and on Wednesday he did 2 treatments and 2 on Thursday. He said he is 1000 times better today. He had been on steroid inhalers that weren’t doing anything for him I guess.

Posted at 10:59h, 11 JulyThis is wonderful.. I use a buedsonide for the inflammation in my sinuses. I take it in a Neti pit with a rinse.. I also have a nebulizer for asthma treatments both work very well and this makes total sense.. hopefully we can get people to listen. Enjoy this interview

The drug companies working on a vaccine are probably scared to death that Dr. Barlett’s simple treatment does in fact work ant they may be out billions of dollars with a vaccine and other treatments not necessary. Hopefully Senator Cruz will get this information before the general public to wake up the politicians and White House “experts”.

Posted at 10:53h, 19 JulyI can not believe that they have not used this treatment as first resort when patients present with respiratory of symptoms we have been hearing about. I was ignorant in assuming they were initially treating patients with neb treatments and that those treatments were not working. If a patient presented in the ER with positive influenza an had shortness of breath and cough, they almost ALWAYS give them a nebulizer treatment and send them home with albuterol and an antibiotic to prevent bacterial pneumonia. This infuriates me beyond belief.

Also, if one could get ahold of Budecinide (not sure of spelling), how do you convert an inhaled steroid into a nebulized one?
I know it comes in pre-measured packets….would you just open it and place it into a nebulizer?
