My Very Fine Friends,
A United States Senator who also is a medical doctor, GOP Senator Rand Paul of Kentucky, along with a Texas-based physician, Dr. Richard Bartlett, co-authored a column last week called “Government Needs to Get Out of the Way on COVID Treatments.”
In this article these two doctors set out in plain English their protest against the policies and actions of the U.S. government and of some medical authorities. They lay out the case that both budesonide and monoclonal antibodies are highly effective in treating covid yet are being arbitrarily and unjustifiably blocked or banned by hospitals and regulatory authorities, contrary to the recommendations and advice of physicians and the desires of their patients.
Drs. Paul and Bartlett close by “demand(ing) the FDA immediately issue EUA (Emergency Use Authorization) for inhaled budesonide to use for both early outpatient treatment as well as in-hospital treatment for COVID 19 as well as an EUA for monoclonal antibodies treatment to use for in-hospital treatment for Covid.”
In a similar vein, U.S. Congressman Louie Gohmert authored a stinging rebuke of the government’s and media’s attack on another covid treatment which doctors want to prescribe and patients want to secure. In Gohmert’s “The Coordinated Attack on Ivermectin is a Crime Against Humanity,” he laments the irrationality of the conduct of “government alphabet agencies, the medical industrial complex, and their willing accomplices in the media” in belittling ivermectin as a treatment for covid, despite “at least 63 trials and 31 randomized controlled trials showing benefits to the use of ivermectin to fight COVID-19.”
Then consider that a whistleblower has come forward with data backing his claim that the number of deaths in America within 14 days of receiving the covid vaccine is far higher than the government has so far revealed, AND that deaths following the use of Remdesivir, the drug Dr. Fauci authorized for use in American hospitals for covid patients, is also far higher than previously known.
I cannot urge you strongly enough to read these articles. Amazingly, all of this information is coming to light in the same week that YouTube announced it is banning all content that is in any way negative about the covid vaccines.
Please ponder this situation.
Why do elected officials in America have to publicly beg the government, the medical authorities, and the media mob, to let trained, educated, and experienced doctors prescribe well-tested, effective, lifesaving covid treatments for patients who want them?
Some in America’s medical community stridently push for a mandated vaccine for a disease that has a 99% survival rate for almost everyone. Why?
Why push vaccines with an intolerably high risk of death and injury (according to the CDC’s own VAERS data) when these effective covid prophylactics and treatments exist? Why?
Vaccine mandate advocates continue to insist that even those who have had covid and recovered, and who have antibodies and therefore natural immunity which doctors say is better protection than the vaccine, STILL must comply with those mandates. Why?
Americans are allowed to ask questions of their government and medical authorities, and to demand answers that make sense. We should expect that our government provide accurate information about the vaccines they are pushing, and medications they are authorizing. The more that safe and effective treatments are blocked, while dangerous vaccines are pushed, the more justified are our questions and our suspicions about what is motivating the government’s actions.
Covid policy is as much about freedom as it is about health. The line being drawn in America on this issue is about our right to healthcare freedom. Who has the power over your body and your health. The government, or you?
