04 Jan Rigged Elections Alone Justify Action Against Maduro’s Venezuela
Consider a hypothetical:
A nation-state enemy of the United States of America understands that a foundational element of the American experiment in human freedom is the principle of government by the consent of the governed. And the key to making that principle real, lasting and powerful is free and fair elections.
This nation-state enemy therefore understands that America can be made to collapse and brought under enemy control (the control of those who hate freedom—i.e., the ‘left’) if elections can be centrally and remotely controlled to effect outcomes that lead to eventual enemy control.
(Such control would have to be achieved through software–control of voting machines, acceptance/counting of occasional fake (mail-in) ballots, and engineered electronic tabulation of ballots, and would have to be sophisticated enough to produce desired left-leaning results over time without being so far out of the realm of plausible that the mainstream of America would smell a rat and not accept those results.)
This nation-state enemy knows military conquest of the United States is not possible, but a hostile takeover via a series of rigged elections can accomplish (without firing a shot) the goal of conquest. (This nation-state knows there are other nation-states with an interest in the conquest of the United States, which are willing to assist in this effort.)
Suppose hypothetically that this software is in fact successfully developed and deployed in elections around the world, including very specifically the United States, by the early 2000’s. The software works, and starts delivering election outcomes that move America and all ‘democracies’ where deployed gradually but inexorably to the left, county by county, state by state, nation by nation, with a goal in America of complete Marxist/communist/socialist takeover in about 20 years.
But before the 20 years have elapsed and the takeover completed, America discovers this massive election-rigging fraud and the nation-state principally responsible for bringing it about.

For all but about the last 25 years, Americans of every political philosophy (other than hardcore leftists or communists), would identify the execution of this election-rigging fraud as, undeniably, an act of war against the USA, and would agree that the nation-state that executed it is an enemy that must be destroyed, much as Hitler and the Japanese emperor had to be destroyed in WWII.

There is overwhelming evidence that the hypothetical described above is NOT a hypothetical—that Venezuela, initially under Hugo Chavez but more recently under Nicolas Maduro—did exactly what the hypothetical describes, with help from China and Iran and a few others.
Attorney Sidney Powell was onto the Venezuelan trail early after the 2020 election, and was quickly smeared and scorned and driven out of the public limelight (by legacy media). But she never retracted what she had said about Venezuela election manipulation. And now, Patrick Byrne and Emerald Robinson have been very visible in exposing this fraud. Take the time to scroll thoroughly and study for yourself the X links provided, and don’t waste time with Big Tech-censored searches that elevate first page search results with a view to smearing and discrediting Powell, Byrne and Robinson and others. Reach your own conclusions on the substance of the evidence, not on the personalities of those presenting it.
The Trump administration—primarily in the persons of President Donald Trump, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard and former Director of National Intelligence and now presidential adviser Mike Flynn—knows all of this information. They know what Venezuela has done and is doing to control elections worldwide, and especially in the USA. Millions of other Americans know about it.
While no Trump administration official has to date offered this justification, the massive ongoing Venezuelan manipulation of America’s elections and therefore abuse of the American people and government validate President Trump’s actions in removing Nicolas Maduro. Venezuela’s interference in America’s elections is an act of war, and America is justified in taking action against the perpetrators.
It is also true that Venezuela is a narco-terrorist state, responsible for supplying a variety of illegal and devastating drugs to dealers in America (and elsewhere). Stopping the narco-terrorist decimation of primarily young Americans provides an independent rationale for dealing forcefully with the Maduro regime. It is also true that Hugo Chavez acted in 2007 to expropriate without payment assets used in Venezuela’s oil industry (including assets owned by American companies). These truths were the reason for VP Vance’s recent statement: “The president offered multiple off ramps, but was very clear throughout this process: the drug trafficking must stop, and the stolen oil must be returned to the United States. Maduro is the newest person to find out that President Trump means what he says.”

Notwithstanding the multiple rationales and justifications for Trump’s action, the American people would be greatly helped if the Trump administration would present to the public the accumulated election-rigging evidence described by Byrne and Robinson.
If it is possible for President Trump’s administration to present the evidence of Venezuelan-led election-rigging in a comprehensible manner (not a small task as evidence of electronic election manipulation of this scope is relatively complex and requires comprehending systems and terms not commonly understood), intelligent Americans of good faith will react just as Americans did after December 7, 1941. They will understand America needed to respond to an act of war against their nation.
There is an element of danger to the American system from undeclared wars initiated by any president. And it would be better for America if there were more trust between and among government officials and branches. But the reality is that America’s current government is rife with subversive elements inserted into the US government by the Obama/Biden ‘administrations,’ whose judgement, motives and loyalties cannot be trusted.
Honest elections in America are a cornerstone requirement to preserving the Republic. Venezuela’s interference in American elections went on for far too long. Trump’s decisive action to strike at Venezuela and remove Maduro was a necessary step to preserving the Republic.
