I am in this election fraud fight because free and fair and honest elections are the ONLY vehicle We the People have to save and keep the Republic, and in this election the evidence of fraud is overwhelming. I am not fighting because I think Trump is entitled to win (he’s not), but because overwhelming evidence shows he DID win. We cannot permit systemic election fraud to go undetected and uncorrected. We should never inaugurate a candidate who did not really win.

Byrne also revealed that the long term plan was for a 24 year rule over America (Barack 8 yrs, HRC 8 yrs, then Michelle Obama 8 yrs) to complete the “fundamental transformation” (intended Marxist takeover) of America.

Arizona GOP Chair Dr. Kelli Ward. Dr. Ward has joined with the thousands of patriots calling for election integrity, and demanding that election fraud be exposed, invalid votes be removed from the count, and that voting machines in her home state be forensically analyzed.

Where we stand on Election 2020 and the battle for election integrity:
Many pieces of pending litigation could impact the election over the next weeks. Moreover, more proof of widespread election fraud is being uncovered and proven every day, and more evidence is emerging of the involvement of China, Venezuela, Iran and Russia in this election interference that attempted to directly change election results. This raises the issues of whether this fraud constitutes criminal foreign interference in our elections, how this conduct falls under President Trump’s Executive Order of 2018 related to such interference, and whether to invoke the Insurrection Act.
We may be in for a very wild ride.
Regarding the Electoral College, as the count stands after their vote on Dec 14th, Biden has 306 votes and Trump has 232. It takes 270 electoral votes to win. This means Trump needs 38 more votes to win the EC. Biden would have to lose 37 votes to get below 270.
You can do the math. The states where the electoral outcome went to Biden but appears to be compromised by fraud in various forms, and it appears Trump actually won, along with the number of EC votes per state, are:
PA: 20
AZ: 11
GA: 16
WI: 10
MI: 16
NV: 6
There are two paths that could change that EC outcome.
One is that one or more courts considering the merits of the many cases pending could conclude that the evidence of fraud requires the court to invalidate the election. The remedy sought in these suits ranges from requesting forensic examination of election machines, decertification in the affected states of electors wrongly awarded to Biden, to requesting that those electors be awarded to Trump because he actually won those states. If courts find fraud in sufficient scope and enough states, that could result in neither candidate having 270 EC votes. Then the election goes right to Congress, under the constitution.
The other is that even if all litigation fails to expose and reject the fraud, the next phase of the election process is that the EC vote goes to Congress on January 6th, and at that time, as required by the Twelfth Amendment to the constitution, the House and Senate meet to count the electoral votes. Members of the House and Senate can object to the electors and their votes under the provisions of the Electoral Count Act of 1887. If at least one House Member and one Senator objects to a particular state’s EC vote, the congress begins a process leading to the decision of whether to reject or accept that state’s EC votes. Again, if neither candidate emerges with 270 EC votes after this process, the election goes to the full Congress. The House chooses the president via a vote per each state’s delegation, and the Senate chooses the VP on a straight vote. You can read about this process here.
What you can do:
For the concerned citizen not directly involved in the litigation, there are ways you can help:
- Contact your Senator and Member of Congress before the meeting on January 6, 2021 where they will accept or reject the Electoral College vote, and ask them raise objections to the EC vote in the states where fraud was rampant. Congressman Mo Brooks has already committed to challenging some of the EC votes at the January 6th meeting. He needs allies in the House and Senate to also agree to challenge.
- Contact the Supreme Courtand let them know you expect them to take and hear the merits of the cases challenging this election. You can do that here.
- Go to comand use all of their resources, including emailing the legislators in states where fraud was rampant, and urging them to support examining the Dominion and other voting machines, and to take all possible steps to correct the fraud.
