Tesla owner Elon Musk stands UP for freedom and stands down Alameda County, California authorities by opening Tesla up for business in defiance of the CA shutdown. Amazingly, when faced with the threat of Tesla moving out of CA, the county decided it was ok after all for Tesla to open. REAL lesson is that everyone has a way to challenge the ongoing and unjustified shutdown of America.
Sidney Powell, attorney for Lt Gen Michael Flynn, penned a thoroughly enjoyable and feisty missive to former President Obama about his faux outrage over the DOJ dropping charges against General Flynn.
For her next move, Sidney Powell filed a Writ of Mandamus asking the DC Circuit Court to order Judge Emmet Sullivan to actually follow the law and dismiss all charges against Lt Gen Flynn. Sullivan’s extraordinary and extra-constitutional refusal to dismiss the charges strikes many observers as Deep State foot dragging.
Alan Dershowitz claims the government can forcibly vaccinate adults against their will. No right to refuse treatment, no right to resist quarantine, no right to decline a vaccine says this renowned constitutional scholar. Americans will have a battle ahead not just against the coronavirus, but over the question of who holds power over healthcare freedom.
Track and trace? A related and extremely consequential legal battle is developing in America over plans to impose contact tracing to control the spread of the coronavirus. Almost impossible to overstate the danger inherent in “track and trace” efforts, which threaten to deprive Americans of privacy and freedom.
Tracing and Tracking… the questionable need and great danger.
Dallas based Dr. Ivette Lozano (and many other doctors around the country) reports finding great success treating her COVID-19 patients with hydroxychloroquine. Why does this bother Dr. Fauci?
Understanding why Joe Biden, gropey, dopey, confused, bumbling Biden is actually a serious threat in the 2020 elections … assuming he stays on the ballot … because he’s not really on the ballot. It’s the entire Deep State Left that is running his campaign and directing his agenda, and they are determined to win.
Democrat Socialist Alexandria Ocasio Cortez spoke at a DSA online conference and provided America with a reminder that the socialists’ revolution NEVER takes a break. So defenders of America and freedom should NEVER rest either.
