Palestine, Ohio train derailment is a major eco-catastrophe. Ohio River profoundly polluted and the animals and fish dying in droves. Biden admin Transportation Sec’y Pete Buttigieg did not cause the catastrophe, but his response has been glaringly unserious, incompetent, and out-of-touch.
