President Trump is stepping up in this crisis; he deserves credit for leading like a CEO

  • But he’s not anchored by any ideology, which can lead to mistakes and excesses
  • The $2T rescue package already signed into law is an amount of money not even remotely fathomable by the vast majority of Americans, and not by politicians either
  • It has not even begun to make its way through the economy
  • We are not even close to understanding the enormous added fiscal precariousness it has created
  • Now is no time for more fictional spending from money created by printing presses
  • Now is the time to get the economy restarted; there is no higher priority

THANKS TO GOP LEADERS FOR STANDING AGAINST MORE RECKLESS STIMULUS SPENDING

 

Virus-Driven Police State in America

 

  • Arresting a lone paddle-boarder?
    • Shutting down a makeshift parade of single cars?
  • Issuing citations for ‘watching the sunset’ in violation of stay-at-home orders?
  • Issuing citations for ‘going for a drive’ in violation of stay-at-home orders?
  • Ordering limits for no more than two persons in a car?
  • The act of leaving your house and going outside is not a right but a ‘privilege’?

ALL OF THESE HAVE HAPPENED IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA IN THE LAST 30 DAYS…THIS MUST NOT CONTINUE

“The people themselves are primarily responsible for their safety. They are the ones that are entrusted with expansive freedoms – they are free to exercise their rights to work, worship, and play – or to stay at home ….”

Kudos to both; these are the attitudes of Americans

We have not surrendered our heritage and our country to COVID-19

‘We the people’ must save the country; too many politicians

play it “safe,” choose to shut down economy & freedom out of fear
