10 Dec SCOTUS: It’s About Stopping a Coup!
Cut through all the sophisticated legal blather, and there’s really a very simple legal theory by which SCOTUS must throw out the ‘installation’ of Joe Biden as President: the totality of the facts and circumstances surrounding the 2020 election make it inescapably clear. The stolen election isn’t about conventional, between-the-forty-yard-lines, Democrat v. Republican fights over political power, where one side has resorted to shady tactics to win, and the role of a court is to determine whether the shady tactics crossed some legal line.
It’s about stopping a coup against the American constitutional Republic.
Maybe it’s a novel theory, but common sense suggests no law is needed to stop the coup beyond the simple oath that all nine members of SCOTUS took upon assuming the role of Justice:
“I, [Amy Coney Barrett], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”
The dot-connecting is available to anyone with common sense.
- A Chinese professor recently spoke very frankly of the CCP’s reach into the top echelons of American power; about how Donald Trump disrupted their ability to exercise influence over this power; about how they expect Joe Biden will return things to their liking.
- A Chinese spy by the name of “Fang Fang” has been outed as having slept her way to influence with at least two American mayors, with a very strong implication that she did the same with Congressman Eric Swallwell—a Democrat member of the House Intelligence Committee, and an outspoken opponent/accuser of President Trump.
- The Chinese government effected a $400M investment toward control of Dominion Voting Systems prior to the 2020 election (start at 7:21).
- Hunter Biden’s documented dealings with China (both on his laptop and independent of his laptop) show the Biden family to be deeply corrupted by and beholden to communist China. They are clearly compromised; they are a manifest national security risk. Joe Biden couldn’t qualify to have a top-secret security clearance, much less hold the office of Commander-in-Chief.
- The ‘China plague’, or CCP Virus, was the central factor in opening up America to the use of mail in ballots in 2020, which in turn has clearly been shown to be a principal vehicle by which the election outcome in six key swing states were ‘overturned’ from an Election Night victory for Donald Trump into a days later ‘victory’ for Joe Biden. And oh btw, the CCP Virus was itself intended to destroy the Trump-associated booming US economy and help engineer his defeat on November 3rd.
- A planeload of fake ballots printed in China were reportedly delivered into Mexico and transported across the US/Mexico border.
- Add to this the machinations of China-sympathizing Big Tech to suppress all information regarding Hunter Biden’s laptop prior to the election, and since November 3rd to trumpet a ‘declared’ victory for Joe Biden—culminating this week with a YouTube announcement that they will take down any posting that questions the election result for Biden.
- Add to this the wink-wink admission of Biden’s intent to pack the Supreme Court so as to rule away the protections of the Bill of Rights.
- Add to this the radical left appointees already named as intended members of a Biden administration.
Connect these dots, and it’s impossible not to see: America is facing a Chinese-led coup against the re-election of Donald Trump, joined in by radical left and globalist elements throughout the world. It’s about using the mechanism of a stolen election to take down America without firing a shot.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has done a service for America in bringing a lawsuit against four miscreant states which violated the Constitution in their ad hoc expansion of the use of mail in ballots, and in their unequal administration of the counting of those ballots. Kudos and thanks to him for framing a complaint that can go straight to SCOTUS without need of trial court findings or appellate delays.
Kudos also to Texas-based super-lawyer Sidney Powell, who has also done a service for America in speaking loudly and relentlessly (in the face of undeserved mockery by small minds) about nationwide election fraud, and producing video evidence, statistical analysis and hundreds of sworn affidavits to back it up.
But here’s hoping Paxton and Powell will ultimately focus the Supreme Court on the simplest reality of the big picture: the Supreme Court is faced squarely with an enemy-directed coup against the United States of America. Voter fraud and election fraud are the primary weapons/tools to achieve the coup. But legal arguments about the different elements of those weapons and tools, and the ‘burden of proof’ in conventional election disputes, are a distracting sideshow.
This is a very deliberate coup attempt, and it needs to be stopped cold.
Justices need to do no more (and no less) than uphold their sworn oath of office to defend the Constitution. It will take courage in the face of leftist threats to burn down cities and kill police and kill political opponents if President Trump is re-elected.
But the failure to stop this coup will do exponentially greater and likely irreversible, even fatal damage to the very survival of America as the last best hope for the cause of human freedom among mankind. It’s that consequential.
Surely the Justices of the Supreme Court can connect the dots; surely their individual and collective conscience will stop the coup.
