As our friends at American Thinker recently noted here, the legal winds are shifting against websites that advocate conservative values, seeking, among other things, to make the site operators responsible for what commenters write. The commenting function at ACWT has not been especially active, though many of the comments are clearly heartfelt. Our preference would be to allow the comment function to blossom into a forum or community for the exchange of views. But until America more firmly renews its commitment to the rule of law, we will disable the comment function until further notice.

Questioning the Ukraine Narrative

News of world-ending fire risk at a Ukrainian nuclear plant apparently turns out to be false.  But it is certainly consistent with the over-the-top go-to-war drumbeat of the legacy media and deep state mouthpieces like Lindsey Graham.  The possibility of false narratives from the legacy media in 2022 is not

VDH Brilliance on Trudeau and Truckers

The brilliant Dr. Victor Davis Hanson (missed it when first published…worth a repost) From the article: We can almost reduce the divide to the embarrassing optics of a pouty-face pajama-boy prime minister, with a pompadour coiffure, issuing threats to calm, but beefy and calloused workers. Each time Trudeau speaks to
