Why It Matters

Trump’s July 4th celebration revealed once again the gigantic gap between leftist narratives and reality. Amazing—that anybody pays any attention to MSM anymore. Solving poverty is a worthwhile objective, as long as we still understand human nature like the founders did. Colin Kaepernick sometimes seems more to be pitied than scorned. He cites Frederick Douglass—who is heroic in his stand for America as founded. And Kaepernick even know. Apparently, neither does Nike.

Celebrating the 4th of July is always worthwhile; when we really think about the ‘miracle’ of the founding, gratitude flows. The Declaration of Independence is still a wonder. Is there any other country on earth where people are lined up, desperately trying to get in? Most important of all, the founding of America—including the pondering of the writings and speeches of America’s greatest leaders—inevitably cause a rethinking and even a restoration of: faith in God.

House Dems pursuit of Trump’s tax return is naked political warfare; ought to be denounced by everyone with a desire for civility in government. Religious freedom remains under severe attack in America…what’s really under attack is Christianity. When elected reps want criticism of them to be a crime…well, that just ain’t America. It’s ok for Austin to be weird, but policies that aren’t smart don’t help anyone.

It’s time to pull the masks off Antifa; the SCOTUS has already upheld the ability to deal with this. The leftwing mockery and denigration of Christianity is as obvious as it is disgusting. Nike’s kowtowing to SJW versions of pc is getting old; Arizona Governor Ducey agrees. AOC’s ‘takes’ at the border indicate she’s just not functional in the real world.

Trump’s visit to the DMZ has historic importance; good for America and the world that he is willing to lead in new ways toward denuking NK. Contrast with Portland, where a leftist mayor is showing what legalized anarchy looks like. And the WaPo tells us spitting-in-the-face of customers who do not agree with your political views is ok in America. Is it? Socialism is all the Dems have to offer; it will destroy America. And that’s the intent. Wake up!

SCOTUS continues to hurt its credibility with the American people; it makes political decisions, not legal ones. The border mess is not an accident; Americans need to understand the facts and history. The sabotage of Trump’s planned ICE enforcement actions is pure Deep State resistance to—not Trump but to the will of the American people. Dem Presidential candidates are just not serious.

When the University of Texas countenances the left’s doxing of conservative students, it’s time to get tough in American academia. America’s Army War College bowed to pc pressure and disinvited a world-renowned Islamic scholar from addressing military officers about the nature of the Islamic enemies of America; this is indefensible. Knitters and spitters signal a loss of an American moral compass. Google’s planned interference in the 2020 election deserves thorough legal investigation.

Will we ever allow common sense to weigh in on the minimum wage debate? Rarely have politicians so defiantly propped up economic illiteracy to pander for votes. Iran is in the news, and America needs to care. It’s not about Trump; it’s about security, peace and freedom. And so is the danger of Isalmic ideology in America—Americans need to come up the learning curve.

Pete Hegseth’s “Battle in the Holy City” is thought-provoking; he says it’s ground zero for Judaism, Christianity and Islam—and which is going to shape civilization. America should care to protect its Judeo-Christian foundation and culture. Project Veritas has exposed Big Tech’s bias, again—and you should care. The chaos enveloping America’s most left-wing cities ought to concern everyone.

SCOTUS is moving in the right direction re public crosses. Not clear we’re headed in the right direction with the prosecution of Parkland security officer. Joe Biden’s hypocrisy is brazen even by DC standards. Burgess Owens exemplifies moral courage. And AOC exemplifies ignorance, again.

Juneteenth is worth knowing about; women should resist the siren song of socialism; the national debt is missing from the national conversation, but shouldn’t be; Trump ignites the campaign launch crowd unlike any other candidate; and bogus polls are all over the place—don’t give in to gaslighting.

Reliable studies estimate the LGBTQ portion of the population at under 3%. Yet LGBTQ activists drive their agenda with the authority of a super-majority, and seem determined that all questions relevant to them have only two categories of ‘answerers’ (1) those who wholeheartedly embrace whatever they say and want, or (2) haters.
That’s a false categorization. Americans are freedom-loving, live-and-let-live people. But the leftist agenda is out of control: drag queen story hours, ‘trans’ advocacy, the great silencing—it’s too much, and it’s wrong for our children.
